Returns, Refunds & Shipping

As we are a small business and each item is made to order we do not currently accept refunds. In the event of a change of mind we are happy to exchange sizes or styles within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please note the creation period of 2-4 weeks will apply on all exchanges, as we operate using a made to order model.

Custom sizes cannot be exchanged.

Shipping fee's are to be covered by the customer.

If you have received a faulty item please send a photo of the issue to hello@briellathelabel.com and we will offer the below options:

  • Mending the item free of charge
  • Providing a new piece if the item cannot be mended
  • Full refund upon return of the item.


You must lodge evidence of your damaged piece to hello@briellathelabel.com no later than 7 days after arrival. We will not accept a refund outside of this timeframe.

We will not accept refunds or exchanges on items that show visible signs of wear.

If the refund is approved the return shipping fee will be covered by Briella The Label.

  • All pieces are made to order so please allow 1 to 4 weeks for us to create your handmade Briella piece. 
  • You will be notified via email when your items are ready to be shipped.
  • We offer worldwide shipping and costs will be calculated at checkout.
